A charming 16th century estate Vihula Manor is the perfect place for holding your next events. We have a large professional Conference Centre and many other unique venues for different occasions. In total we have 12 venues for different events.
Our largest conference hall seats 160 guests. In addition, most of our venues have natural daylight and historical atmosphere to make every event unique. Check them all out below. If you want to book them, just contact us.
Constance Conference & Concert Hall
The largest multifunctional facility of the Conference Centre located in the old Barn House features original limestone walls and modern parquet floors. The 2-story hall has plenty of natural light from roof windows and large glass doors and holds up to 160 delegates in theatre style. The hall can be used for larger conferences and meetings. The hall is perfect for concerts, it has great acoustic.
The facility is also perfect for big weddings and receptions. The huge glass doors at the end of the hall can be opened and connected with a tent and used for various large summer events.
Ursula Conference Hall
Located in old Barn House and holds up to 90 delegates. Ursula is the middle size hall of the Conference Centre. With original limestone walls and old wooden beams, it combines historical ambiance with modern technology.
Dora Conference Hall
is the smallest hall in Conference Centre in the old Barn House. The room holds up to 50 delegates. It is very cozy and stylish and is suitable for smaller meetings and coffee breaks.
Palm House Banquet Hall
The most stylish conference and banqueting facility is located in the old Palm House. Natural light floods in from the large windows, the thick walls of the historical building guarantee your privacy and large mirrors and chandeliers give the room class and style. The facility can be used for conferences and meetings in any set-up and holds 80 delegates in theatre-style. The facility serves very well also as a venue for gala dinners, weddings, receptions, and more intimate concerts.
Vodka Distillery
Vodka Distillery is a room with a very special atmosphere. Sitting around the brown table under the medieval-looking chandelier and being surrounded by grey bricks, it almost feels like you’re one of King Arthur’s knights. Why not organize a seminar or meeting here? This empowering and unique setting will surely produce some great ideas. Or you can go and visit the vodka museum after the work is done and gather around the very same table for vodka tasting.
The Building Features the Vihula Manor Vodka Museum with exhibits related to the history of spirits and vodka distillation in Estonia and at the Vihula Manor.
Oil Granary Seminar Room
It is the best choice for smaller gatherings such as roundtable meetings or brainstorming sessions and can also be used as one of the break-out rooms for a larger event in one of the larger facilities. The wooden interior of the Oil Granary creates a cozy atmosphere, further complemented by natural light and the high ceiling.
Tea House
The original wooden Tea House provides in the summer a lovely setting for small meetings. The house which is located in the Manor Park next to the Mustoja River and even has a balcony overlooking the river and is suitable for 10 delegates.
von Schubert Presidential Suite
It is a perfect venue for a meeting of a more intimate and private character. The stylish suite located on the 3rd floor of the Main Manor House offers nice views of the manor park, river, and the Tea House. It has a private fire-place and holds 8 delegates.
Wine Cellar
Vihula Manor features a unique wine cellar in the historical cellar of the Main Manor House, with a fine selection of vintage wines.
The wine cellar offers up the possibility to get acquainted with centuries of wine traditions through degustation of vintage wines by specialists, or simply by enjoying a bottle in the cosy environment of a genuine wine cellar.
Wine cellar can also be used for meetings, smaller workshops and private dinners.
Water Mill
The Water Mill is located on the Mustoja River and hosts the Visitor’s Centre, the Gift & Design Shop and the Watermill Cafe with a summer terrace.
The Guests can get themselves acquainted with the history of the manor, displayed on the ground floor and find out how the authentic Water Mill was working in the 19th century.
The Water Mill is a central and unique venue for receptions and smaller banquets up to 30 delegates.
Leisure Centre
Vihula Manor Leisure Centre is located in the Blacksmith’s house.
The Party Room can be used for small seminars, meetings and private parties. It is conveniently connected to the sauna complex where a comfortable resting area leads to a Finnish sauna, a Russian Sauna and to the Riverside Terrace with a cold/hot tub.
Kaval-Ants Tavern
Located in the historical Ice Cellar, Kaval-Ants Tavern, a rustic Estonian countryside tavern, is seating up to 100 guests on 2 floors.
The Tavern can be used as a conference hall as well as a dining place.
The tavern is featuring limestone walls decorated with old farm tools, wooden beams, waitresses in traditional Estonian customs, Estonian folklore music, traditional Estonian countryside cuisine based on natural and ecologically balanced produce and a large selection of beer and ale.
