The implementation of a new customer management system will help to see the complete history of customers’ purchasing behavior in the future and make personalized offers accordingly. The system also allows customers to be identified based on their mobile customer card. The goal is to create and grow a loyal customer base. The company’s competitiveness will increase because we can offer special offers to loyal customers, similar to our competitors. Since the entire system is automated, the time spent by employees is minimal. As a new system, it helps to modernize company processes. As a result, customers can be identified using a mobile customer card, through which discounts can be offered. The system creates a history of purchasing behavior, based on which it is possible to make personalized and effective offers. The self-service terminal allows customers to purchase products or services without standing in line and with less time.
