Vihula Manor features one of the most beatiful fine dining restaurants in Estonia. The La Boheme Restaurant is located in the fomer dining room of the Main Manor House. With its painstakingly restored original parquet floors and ceiling ornamemts, paintings and modern Scandinavian furniture the restaurant is a seamless blend between traditional old and modern minimalism. The high ceilings, the lage windows overlooking the Manor Park, the fireplace and a grand piano add to the ambience. La Boheme Restaurant, which is seating 50 guests has a Cocktail Lounge seating additional 30 guests, a Cigar Lounge and traditional Drawing Room and Library adjoining, together with a Sun Terrace for sunset cocktails. In the summer the up-scale restaurant has an outdoor setting on the lawn in the Manor Park just in front of the Main Manor House.
Von Schubert wine bar is named after the original Baltic German noble family who owned Vihula Manor, this cozy dining venue is situated in the original Ice-Cellar of the manor. The vaulted ceilings have been meticulously restored and the restaurant also features a private Cigar Lounge and a Bar. The von Shubert’s Wine Bar can accommodate up to 30 guests.
Also located in the hisorical Ice-celler the Kaval-Antsu Korts (Ice Cellar Tavern) is a rustic Estonian country side venue, seating up to 80 guests. It offers traditional Estonian buffet lunch and dinner specifically designed for groups and also the possibility to book a folkloric dance show or traditional Estonian live music. In summer time the Ice Cellar Terracce provides yet another spot for enjoying your meal in the open air or for arranging a BBQ party, unless you would rather pick up a picnic basket and find your very own spot on the manor grounds.
Additionally, the Palm House, the Tea House and the Von Schubert suite can be booked for private dinners, receptions and parties. Each of these special venues has its own character with the Tea House being most suitable for a romantic dinner while the Von Schubert suite fits well for a private business lunch and the Palm House is the perfect choice for gala dinners, receptions and weddings.
The Main Manor House features further Reception Lounge for a quiet drink, Board Room, which can also be used for private dinner room for 12 guests and Vihula Wine Cellar with a fine selection on Portuguese vintage wines and arquardentes
Over the next couple of years, ongoing renovation will add more catering and bar facilties incluing a village pub in the historical Water Mill.
