Vihula manor, one of the most pictoresque Estonian manor ensembles according to both the leading art historians and travelers, has 2 main buildings and 25 household buildings. The hotel's guest rooms and suites are, as well as other function rooms such as restaurants, bars, lounges, conference and banguettting rooms, seminar rooms, wine celler etc, located in different historical buildings Main Manor House is the central building of Vihula Manor, overlooking the whole estate. Originally the Main Manor House was a wooden building, which was burnt down in the Great Nordic War and built up again in 1880'es. Historically the Main Manor House was residence of the country squire and his family, housing living quarters for the family and servants, various halls for festive functions and dining parties, library and two large balconies. Today the Main Manor House serves basically the same function as in the past, featuring romantic guest rooms for hotel guests and reception and dining and wining facilities such as Reception, Reception Lounge, Board Room, Vihula Wine Cellar, La Boheme Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge, Cigar Lounge, Drawing Room and Library and Sun Teracce. Total of 8 guest rooms and suites as 7 double/twin Zen deluxe rooms and the von Schubert Presidential Suite.
Back Manor is the oldest building on the estate and has survived several wars and devastations. Thick walls and vaulted ceilings, narrow wooden staircase, large traditional chimney through all three floors, original wooden floors, and elegant historical ambience is waiting for you at the Back Manor. Located right next to magical riverside in the manor park, surrounded by centuries old trees, all rooms at Back Manor offer excellent views and peaceful sounds of the slowly flowing river: Configuration: total of 12 guest rooms and suites as 2 single standard rooms, 7 double/twin Zen rooms and 3 Zen suites: von Lode Bridal Suite on first floor; on the second floor von Hellfreich Suite overlooking the Main Manor House and Wekebrod Suite overlooking the river and manor park.
Laundry House – this cute small building is perfectly set directly on the millpond, with excellent views to lily-covered river with romantic bridges and islands. The building has carried out several functions throughout the centuries: laundry house, dairy house, Vihula parish government building during Soviet time and nowadays housing 5 cozy guest rooms – 3 of them on the first floor and 2 of them on the second floor. All rooms exposure original limestone walls, which give the rooms special historical ambience and 2 guest rooms on the first floor have separate entrance and small private terrace. Configuration: 5 double/twin Zen rooms.
Pigeon House has central location right next to Main Manor House, and its historical functions was the as the name says, a pigeon house. Configuration: this lovely wooden building houses a total of 6 rooms and suites: double/twin Zen rooms and Zen Deluxe rooms. Barn House is located on the edge of the manor park, overlooking the old manor apple garden on the other side. In the list of manor buildings by Dobermann from 1800, the barn house was already mentioned but the stone building was constructed in 1853, which is noted on the stone plate at the entrance. The most recent renovation in 2009 has given the building a new function as professional conference centre, housing also guest rooms on the second floor. Configuration: conference centre on the first floor featuring a spacious conference lobby area, with direct access to apple garden on the other side, a gallery and 3 fully equipped multifunctional conference rooms: "Dora" for maximum 50 delegates, "Ursula" for max 100 delegates and the largest "Constance" throughout 2 floors and with balcony for max 120 delegates On the second floor there are 8 double/twin superior rooms, all with view to the apple garden.
Carriage House is located on the edge of the manor park, close to Main Manor House and overlooking the organic garden on the other side. As the name says, the building served as carriages storage and maintenance rooms and horse stable, later also as carpentry workshop. Nowadays the first floor is used for eco SPA Center and the second floor for guest rooms. Configuration: eco-SPA Center on the first floor features a spacious Reception, a peaceful Spa Lounge with excellent views to centuries old ancient trees and slow-flowing river, Gym and Fittness Room, 6 treatments rooms with historical manor ambience, sauna, showers and locker room area, 2 terraces with outdoor Hot Tub (sauna barrel) and Jaccuzi. On the second floor there are 2 double/twin superior rooms and 6 family superior rooms, all with view to organic vegetable and flower garden.
